The Purchasing Card Program operates on a two week cycle beginning on Saturday and ending the following Friday. If a cardholder has activity during a two-week billing cycle, U.S. Bank will generate a Cardholder Statement to be emailed to the cardholder the day after the billing cycle ends.
The calendar below reflects the two-week cycle date ranges as well as the dates cardholders can expect to receive their email notifications from U.S. Bank. For allocation edit deadlines, Site Managers should see the Site Manager Editing Calendar.
