The Purchasing Card Program operates on a two week cycle beginning on Saturday and ending the following Friday.
If a card has activity during a two-week billing cycle, U.S. Bank will generate a Cardholder Statement to be emailed to the cardholder the day after the billing cycle ends. Site managers are allowed one week after the billing cycle close date to enter funding allocations in U.S. Bank’s web-based transaction management tool, Access Online.
The calendar below reflects the two-week cycle date ranges as well as the site managers’ funding allocation edit deadlines.
