The Purchasing Card Program operates on a two week cycle beginning on Saturday and ending the following Friday.
If a cardholder has activity during a two-week billing cycle, U.S. Bank will generate a Cardholder Statement to be emailed to the cardholder the day after the billing cycle ends. Site managers are allowed one week after the billing cycle close date to enter funding allocations in U.S. Bank’s web-based transaction management tool, Access Online.
