How to maintain your UW-Madison Concur account.

This includes setting up a profile, resetting a password, and what to do if you change jobs.

First time registration for Concur

After registering, you will get two emails from UW-System Administration:

  1. Confirmation of access
  2. Login ID and initial password

Maintain your Account

Set up your Concur Profile

You will also be able to assign a travel arranger in your profile.

This is an accordion element with a series of buttons that open and close related content panels.

You'll need the following information:

  • Your name as printed on your government issued ID
  • Division/College/School
  • Work and home phone and address
  • Date of birth
  • Gender

If you have them, also include:

  • Frequent flyer/traveler program information
  • Passport and visa information
  • Credit card information
  • TSA precheck information
  • Emergency contact information

Switching jobs on campus

Do not register for a new Concur account. Instead, contact the University Travel Manager via email to update your existing profile.


Travelers and departmental staff should contact their respective Divisional Business Office for policy or procedural questions.
