In accordance with Wisconsin law, the University of Wisconsin–Madison will attempt to purchase 5% of goods and services from certified minority-owned business enterprises (MBEs).

Please assist us in helping you to increase the opportunity for minority vendors to sell to the state by using the resources below.

  This form is used to report dollars spent with MBEs through Direct Payments and Open Vendor Purchases.

  A University of Wisconsin-Madison document used by contract vendors to file annual reports of subcontracting dollar amounts spent with Minority Businesses.
